Sign In Page

The Sign In page is the first page you see when you access Income Tax Planner Web. 

Signing In

  1. In the Email (Username) field, enter your username, which is your email address.
  2. In the Password field, enter your password. If you have not yet created a password, contact your Subscription Administrator.
  3. Click Sign In.

You cannot sign into the program from multiple computers simultaneously. Likewise, you cannot sign into multiple instances of the program on a single computer. This is done for your protection, to ensure the security and integrity of your data.

Forgot your username?

Your username is your email address. If you have forgotten your username, contact your Subscription Administrator.

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the Sign In page.

Configure Verification Code

If your Subscription Administrator has required the use of verification codes to access Income Tax Planner Web, then you must use two methods to sign in. In addition to entering a valid username and password on the Sign In page, you must also enter a verification code that is sent to you via cell phone or email.   1. On the Configure Verification Code page, enter a cell phone number and/or an email address. If you complete both fields, then on the next page you will specify which method you want to use to receive your verification code. The email address you enter must be different than your sign-in email (username). Allowable characters for the Cell phone number field are:

    0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 + . ( ) [space]
  2. Click Continue.

After entering your email address and/or cell phone number, you can change them at any time on the Setup Page > Security Tab, accessed by clicking your name in the upper right corner of any page in the program.

Enter Verification Code

  1. If you configured both a cell phone and an email on the previous page, select the destination to receive the verification code.
  2. Click Send Code. The verification code is sent to the destination you specified.
  3. In the Enter 6-digit verification code field, enter the code.
  4. If enabled by your Subscription Administrator, the Remember this browser check box is available. Click the check box if you do not want to be prompted for a verification code upon subsequent sign-ins using the same browser.
  5. Click Verify.

The Enter Verification Code page has a timeout period of two hours, at which time you will be directed back to the Sign In page.
