Number of Licenses Used
You must be a Subscription Administrator to access the Subscription page.
This article explains how the Number of Licenses Used field on the Subscription page is calculated. The Number of Licenses Used = Consumed Seats. The following values are used in the program calculations:
- LicensedSeats - Number of licenses purchased by your firm. This value is reflected in the Number of Licenses in Your Subscription field on the Subscription page.
- InUseSeats - Number of licenses currently in use. This value equals the number of users displayed on the Users page (includes Active and Inactive users).
- ViolationSeats - Number of users added in excess of LicensedSeats.
- ConsumedSeats - The number of seats currently in use if ViolationSeats = 0. If, however, ViolationSeats > 0, then ConsumedSeats = LicensedSeats + ViolationSeats. This value is reflected in the Number of Licenses Used field on the Subscription page.
