Resolving Issues Opening the Planner

You may need assistance from your IT staff to perform the following.

Configure Your Firewall to Allow Communication with the Planner

Openport 80 (the standard HTTP port), and open port443 (the standard HTTPS port).

Configure Your Anti-Virus Software to Allow Turbo

Configure your anti-virus / Internet security applications to allow your browser, Turbo, and ITWIN.exe to run. Depending on your anti-virus / Internet security applications, this may mean browsing to “excluded file locations, file types, and processes” and allowing the entire browser, Turbo, and ITWIN.exe directories.
