Subscription Page

Use the Subscription page to view your subscription details or to request a zip file archive of all client plans.

Requesting a Plan Archive

You may request a zip file archive of all client plans. This process may take up to three business days to complete. When complete, you will be able to download the zip file from the Subscription page. Note that users’ personal plans are not included in the archive.

1. On the Subscription page, click Request Archive. The Request Archive button is disabled and you are presented with the date and time of your request. Bloomberg Tax Technology Network Services will be notified of your request. Within three business days, the requested archive will be available on the Subscription page (and the Request Archive button will be re-enabled). The zip file will remain available until a subsequent archive is requested and made available. Only the last requested archive will be available on the Subscription page.
2. Return to the Subscription page and click the link for the zip file.
3. Save the zip file in a folder on your local or network drive.
4. You can then extract the archived plan files from the saved zip file.

 You can request an archive any time (whenever the Request Archive button is enabled).
