Edit a Client

To make changes to a client, you must have Owner or Edit permission or be a Subscription Administrator. For more information, see Permissions, contact your Subscription Administrator, or contact an Owner of the client.

Making Changes to a Client

  1. On the Clients Page, click the last name of the client to be edited. Alternatively, click the ellipsis icon in the first column next to the client to be edited, then on the shortcut menu, click View.
  2. The Edit Client Page > Plans Tab opens. Use this page to make the necessary changes.
